In 2004, with the help of our shareholders J. W. Kaempfer and Richardson Developments, we bought The Metquarter in Liverpool from The Walton Group.

Maremagnum Barcelona

This was our first continental venture, we co-invested in Maremagnum and undertook a 14 million Euro repositioning of the centre.

Triangle Manchester

Following a major re-positioning of Triangle, we sold it to The Morley Fund in 2005.

London City Airport

We are working with LCY to produce a strategic plan for the growth of the airport in time for the London Olympics in 2012. The strategic plan involves a commercial analysis, brand assessment and master planning exercise.

Manchester Airport

We are helping Manchester Airport to develop and manage the retail business at Manchester Airport . The airport, the third largest in the UK, currently generates revenues of over £100 million a year.
