John joined the Milligan team to assist with the delivery of building projects including the Metquarter in Liverpool, completed on time and on budget.
He is a Chartered Engineer with over thirty years experience in the construction industry including design, contracting, consulting engineering, project management and property development. He understands the process it takes to ensure that a centre’s construction progresses without a hitch and comes in on target. He effectively manages and advises on the intricate construction process, helping to make prospective centres a reality.
John has operated as a development consultant and project manager in the leisure, hotel and retail property sectors, working on building and engineering projects in London Docklands, Croydon and Southampton, and overseas in Germany, Spain, Romania and the Gulf.
