‘It’s about how to unlock the value and make it happen’
Long before anything starts to take shape, we have to agree what we’re trying to achieve. Liz has the task of articulating the strategy, agreeing it, setting things up and then getting everything going: the finance, the legals, the thinking behind the research, the team and the timescales and then implementing it as she has done on Triangle and Manchester Airport.
Liz has over 20 years of specialist retail experience. She joined Milligan from BAA McArthurGlen, where she was a founding member of the management group. McArthur Glen was a client of Jones Lang LaSalle and so she met John and has worked with him on and off for 10 years. As retail director of Continental European Leasing she masterminded the openings of its outlet centres in the UK, Austria, Italy and Holland.
