Mike joined the Milligan team in March 2008. Working across all of our existing projects and development pipeline, he is responsible for raising debt finance and maximising the use of equity. Mike’s work focuses around the structuring of deals, tax planning and liaising with our joint venture partners. These include the large private equity houses, local authorities and private individuals and Mike’s key aim is to maximise the returns for our shareholders and investors. 

Mike has a strong background in Corporate Finance and has developed enviable expertise in managing and developing strategic profitable growth. Previously he has worked at CNC PLC in commercial property where he was responsible for an extensive development portfolio.

Mike then headed up Chiltern Mondiale, structuring property investment syndicates for high net worth individuals focussing on the hospitality and leisure sectors.

Mike is a keen sports man, in particular golf and he coaches both junior rugby and cricket teams in Buckinghamshire. He also enjoys spending time with his family.
