How we work
We put together the team that is responsible for delivering the project: architects, designers, contractors, agents, research consultants and promotion experts. Whatever the skills required, we find the best people. And we manage the team so that the project is delivered on time and to budget.

What sets us apart from many other asset managers is that we invest in the retail centre alongside our investor partners. When you decide that the market is right for you to sell, we are keen to stay on the project and continue in our role as asset manager.

By the time you want to sell, we will have proved to the retailers that the way we manage their centre does bring in the sales they want. They are therefore keen for us to carry on managing the centre so that it continues to deliver the growth they seek.

Our message to retailers is that we are in it for the long term. And it’s important that we don’t let them down.
