If a retail centre is to remain new, interesting and vibrant it must constantly reinvent itself to match the desires of its potential visitors. These desires change. And so does the profile of the ideal visitor.

So we concentrate all our efforts on understanding the potential consumer. We research who they are, how we can attract them and give them the sort of place that they want.

When we create a place we always have a particular customer in mind.

We spend time and energy doing the research necessary to discover who this customer is. This research goes way beyond traditional socio-demographics. We find out what they want, what inspires them and how they spend their days. And then we match the centre and its offer to that profile.Our ideas will include the physical: comfort, lighting, sound, signage, layout and colour. Next, we need to find the right mix of tenants and merchandise. Then we need to come up with ideas for great events. Everything is tailored to the potential visitor. And we always give them something that we think will surprise and inspire them and will ensure they return.
